Licences /Indent basis items are not eligible for return
You can send a order cancellation.

The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches our Warehouse.
The refund process only egins after we have completed evaluating your returned product/s.
Innovix does not cover the delivery for returns.
Replacement items will be subject to stock availibity and management approval.
You will received an email notification on the replacement process.
